Next online courses

Our next online Adaptation Literacy course will run over six weeks between 2nd June and 7th July 2026. It will consist of one session of 90 minutes to two hours per week. These sessions are provisionally scheduled to run on Tuesdays, between 16:00 and 18:00 UK time. If we have sufficient interest, we will repeat the sessions at other times to accommodate participants who cannot attend the above (e.g. due to being in other time zones). Please contact us if you are interested but cannot attend sessions at the above times.

Our next online Adapting to Climate Change course will run over 11 weeks between 3rd September and 12th November 2026. It will consist of one taught session per week, with an additional interactive session in some weeks and an additional wrap-up session in the final week. Each session will last for 90 minutes to two hours. These sessions are provisionally scheduled to run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, between 16:00 and 18:00 UK time. As with the Adaptation Literacy course above, we can repeat the sessions at other times if we have sufficient interest from people who cannot attend the 16:00-18:00 slots.

The Adapting to Climate Change course incorporates the content of the shorter Adaptation Literacy Course. If you have attended the Adaptation Literacy course and want to attend just the later parts of Adapting to Climate Change course, you just need to pay the difference in the course fees. See below for pricing.

Next in-person courses

We are looking at running an in-person version of the Adaptation Literacy course over two days in late June or early July, and an in-person version of the Adapting to Climate Change course over five days in September or October 2026.

Confirmation of our in-person courses depends on us receiving sufficient registrations to make these course viable, so please let us know if you are interested in either of the above courses using the online form or by sending and email to training [at] garama.co.uk. Please let us know any dates/periods that would work best (or that would not work) for you. We will take this into account when scheduling the training.

*Prices for in-person training and coaching are based on this taking place in Norwich, UK. We can deliver training anywhere subject to negotiation of the price to cover additional costs. The above prices may be subject to change. Prices include training and access to all training materials. Prices for in-person courses do not include accommodation or meals.

To secure your place on a course you can either make a payment in full, or pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the course fee, with the balance to be paid one month before the course start date.

Payment is by bank transfer, with payments to be made in GBP.

Discounts

Currently, we cannot offer discounted prices. However, in the near future we hope to offer a limited number of discounts to participants from Least Developed Countries who do not have access to institutional funds, subject to approval. This will depend on us receiving sufficient registrations to subsidise discounted places.
